Bar Options
Open Bar
Pretty simple. Your guests ask for a drink and our servers happily bring it. We add whatever has been ordered to the bill.
Beer and Wine
This is a great way to offer your guests a drink and still keep costs down. It’s a nice way to promote mingling, too. We set up a table full of beer and wine on ice with the glasses on the side. Your guests help themselves. At the end of the party we tally up what was consumed and add it to the bill.
Cash Bar
With this option, the price of each drink is collected from the guests. Please call for price ranges. Our drink prices are some of the more reasonable in the area.
Bartender Option
If your party is booked in the Old Shillelagh Room, which has a full-service bar, we can staff that bar with a bartender for a charge of 40 dollars. The bar is often the social center of your party. This is a great way to get people mingling and talking.
Cook County sales tax of 9.75% will be added to all bar items.

Deposits / Gratuity / Sale Tax
A deposit of $100 is required to secure your reservation. This will be deducted from the final bill. All deposits are non-refundable. For your convenience, gratuity amounts of 18% and 20% will appear at the bottom of the bill. Cook County sales tax of 9.75% will be added to the bill.
Guarantees
Please select your menu option at least one week in advance of the party. Guest counts must be guaranteed 24 hours in advance.
Based on the final count, your room may be subject to change. Minimum number of people for a private room is 20.
Shillelagh Room
50 – 200 guests
A great room for sports banquets, receptions and class reunions. The Shillelagh Room features a twenty foot mahogany bar. Plus there’s plenty of room for a band or a DJ.
Albert Room
20 – 50 guests
Vintage stained glass and dark wood make this a lovely room for a small reception of club meeting.
Conference Room
20 – 25 guests
Nice and private, this room is ideal for a business meeting or bridge club get together. The table can be rearranged to u-shape, or as several smaller tables.
Wassail Room
20 – 50 guests
This bright, cheery room is perfect for showers or parties. A “wassail” is an Old English cup, by the way.
